GOA, India (August 1, 2016) Interior Communications Electrician 3rd Class Kayla Gomez, a native of San Antonio, assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), hugs a child after receiving a rose during a Community Relations event at the Bal Bhavan children's home, Aug. 1. The visit to Goa is aimed at building friendship and goodwill between the U.S. Navy and the people of India.
