Losey with the Navy Distinguished Service Medal during the Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) change of command ceremony at Naval Base Coronado. NSWC mans, trains, equips, educates, deploys, and sustains forces to conduct primarily direct action and special reconnaissance core activities, and to build partner capacity in or out of the maritime environment, in order to support USSOCOM, the U.S. Navy, Geographic Combatant Commanders, and ultimately, national objectives across a full range of political and
