Mitch Wagner, assigned to Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team Pacific (FASTPAC), shows members of the Forsa Defesa Timor-Leste (F-FDTL) how to conduct room searches during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Timor-Leste 2016. The focus of CARAT is developing maritime security capabilities and increasing interoperability among participants.
