160802-N-HA376-294 DILI, Timor-Leste (Aug. 2, 2016) - U.S. Navy Master-at-Arms 1st Class Joseph Burchfield, and Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Carson Jones, center, assigned to Coastal Riverine Group 1, listen to questions from Forsa Defesa Timor-Leste service members regarding evidence collection procedures aboard boats while training during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Timor-Leste 2016. The focus of CARAT is developing
maritime security capabilities and increasing interoperability among participants. Skill areas
exercised during CARAT include Maritime Interdiction Operations; riverine, amphibious and
undersea warfare operations; diving and salvage operations; naval gunnery and
