Tom Williams (right), mission commander, Pacific Partnership 2016, say goodbye after the Pacific Partnership 2016 closing ceremony. USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) and JS Shimokita (LST-4002) joined Vietnam People's Navy ship Khánh Hóa in Da Nang, during its third mission stop of Pacific Partnership.
