Forsa Defesa Timor-Leste (F-FDTL) service members practice Marine Corps Martial Arts Program techniques with U.S. Marines, assigned to Fleet Anti-terrorism Security Team Pacific during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Timor-Leste 2016 in DILI, Timor-Leste, August 1, 2016. The focus of CARAT is developing maritime security capabilities and increasing interoperability among participants.
