National Guard Soldiers with Louisiana's 2nd Squadron, 108th Cavalry Regiment, headquartered in Shreveport, La., and Oregon's 2nd Battalion, 162nd Infantry Regiment, of Springfield, Ore., salute the flag during the playing of the National Anthem on Camp Adder, Iraq. The troops were participating in a formal transfer of authority ceremony as the cavalry squadron accepted their mission from the 2/162nd in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom with the 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 13th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary).
