Lt. Gen. Robert Cone, United States forces-Iraq deputy commmanding general for Operations and III Corps commander, avoids a massive mud puddle near the start of the Task Force Phantom Welcome run, a 5K/10K (kilometer) run held at Camp Victory, May 2, to welcome the III Corps Phantom Warriors to Iraq. Roughly 350 people turned out to take part in the event in spite of wet and muddy conditions that resulted from heavy rains earlier in the morning.
