A Soldier shoes and legs are covered in mud after completeing the Task force Phantom Welcome run at Camp Victory, Iraq, May 2. The Task Force Phantom Welcome run, a 5K/10K (kilometer) run held to welcome the III Corps Phantom Warriors to Iraq, drew roughly 350 participants in spite of the mud that resulted from heavy rains earlier in the morning.
