Spc. Tyrone Johnson of Denton, Texas, a combat engineer with 1st Battalion, 141st Infantry, is congratulated by Brig. Gen. Joseph DiSalvo, the United States Forces - Iraq deputy chief of staff, for being the first participant int the Task Force Phantom Welcome Run to complete the 10 kilometer portion of the run. Roughly 350 people turned out to take part in the 5k/10k event in spite of wet and muddy conditions that resulted from heavy rains earlier in the morning.
