Prior to a farewell gathering held by the Iraqi army at Contingency Operating Location Constitution April 27, Lt. Col. Joel Hamilton, task force commander of 1st Battalion, 41st Field Artillery, 1st Advise and Assist Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division, United States Division-Center, awards an Iraqi soldier a certificate for completing a training exercise. The battalion is scheduled to move to a different base in the near future.
