U.S. Army Soldiers, Uruguay soldiers and the official party of Roche au Boteaux stand and salute while the U.S. and Haitian national anthems are played during the opening ceremony of the Medical Readiness Training Exercise being conducted in the Roche au Boteau area over the next several days. The exercise is a joint task mission to give immediate health care to Haitians.
