Containment boom sits around a 90-foot vessel that discharged about 50 gallons of diesel fuel into the water at Lake Union Drydock, July 18, 2016.

Pollution responders from Coast Guard Sector Puget Sound Incident Management Division, Seattle, Wash., worked with personnel from the Washington Dept. of Ecology to coordinate the defueling of the vessel, which had a reported maximum fuel capacity of 3,000 gallons of diesel fuel aboard.
