Five F-16's from the 140th Wing, Colorado Air National Guard, Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado, park on an apron on a rainy day at Papa Air Base, Hungary. This is significant because it is the first time Colorado jets have landed in Hungary, and the first time the Colorado Air Guard has been to Europe in more than 20 years. In support of Operation Atlantic Resolve, the 140th Wing has deployed approximately 200 Airmen to Papa Air Base to conduct familiarization training alongside our NATO ally, Hungary. They will also participate in cross-border training with other deployed U.S. forces' aircraft and NATO aircraft in the region. This deployment continues to demonstrate our commitment to our allies and European security and stability. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Senior Master Sgt. John Rohrer)
