U.S. Marine Gen. Joseph Dunford, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Army Command Sgt. Maj. John Wayne Troxell, and a group of other distinguished guests visited the 438th Air Expeditionary Wing, Kabul, Afghanistan, July 16, 2016. The visitors met with key leadership and received briefings about the progress of the Afghan air force and its partnership with Train, Advise, Assist Command-Air (TAAC-Air).
