Vice Adm. Bill Gortney, commander of Combined Maritime Forces and U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, greets Korean navy Rear Adm. Lee Beom-Rim, the new commander of Combined Task Force 151, at a change of command ceremony aboard the Korean navy destroyer ROKS Kang Gam Chan. Beom-Rim assumed command from Singapore navy Rear Adm. Bernard Miranda. This is the first time that a Korean naval officer is commanding the multi-national unit.
