PACIFIC OCEAN (July 13, 2016) - Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Cassandra Santos performs CPR on a simulated casualty. The sailors are participating in Rim of the Pacific 2016, a multinational military exercise, from June 29 to Aug. 4 in and around the Hawaiian Islands. The Navy medical personnel attached to the Marine Corps are part of a III MEF brigade joined with an amphibious squadron to form a Navy-Marine Corps team capable of any amphibious mission. Santos a native of San Diego California, and is a Hospital Corpsman with 3 Combat Logistics Battalion 3.
