Dan Cornwell (right), Commanding Officer U.S. Naval Hospital Guam (USNH Guam) shakes the hand of HM3 Ashton Anthony after presenting him with the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his actions on October 11, 2015. Anthony, along with two fellow Corpsmen stationed at USNH Guam, was first on the scene of a motorcycle accident and assisted in stabilizing the victim until emergency responders arrived on scene.
