U.S. Soldiers of 1483rd Transportation Company, 541st Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, a national guard unit from Ohio operating out of Taji, Iraq, prepare for the transport of ambush-protected vehicles that are taken to Joint Base Balad, April 14. The national guard unit, having just replaced the 2025th Transportation Company, carries on the primary mission of moving equipment of redeploying units in the south.
