Lance Cpl. Maverick Elam, an aircraft electrician from Hardesty Oklahoma, with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 366, 2nd Marine Air Wing, donates blood, during a special Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune, Armed Forces Blood Donor’s blood drive, July 1. The blood drive was held in honor of Justice Disney, a 20-month-old boy, who was recently diagnosed with T-cell Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia, a fast-growing cancer. Justice is the son of Amanda and Cpl. Derek Disney, an airframe mechanic with HMH 366. “For us this is personal,” said Major Phillip Richardson, the squadron executive officer. “We consider every member part of our family.
