Va. – Madeline – a rising Spotsylvania High School freshman – mentors middle school students with another junior mentor at the 2016 Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD)-sponsored Navy science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) Summer Academy, held June 27 to July 1. Last year, while a student at the event, Madeline became inspired about STEM.
