Va. – Middle school students build a balsa wood tower they designed at the 2016 Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD)-sponsored Navy science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) Summer Academy, held June 27 to July 1.
