Angela Racoosin (not pictured), Defense Contract Management Agency San Diego operations research analyst, recently organized a virtual 5K to raise awareness for Immune Thrombocytopenia, a platelet disorder. During the virtual 5K Angela’s sister in law, Sandra, niece, Aandrea, and sister, Theresa, stopped for a quick picture. Aandrea suffers from ITP and is the main reason Racoosin became involved in raising awareness.
