160705-M-AF202-040 ATLANTIC OCEAN (July 5, 2016) A Marine assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 264 (Reinforced), 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), attaches chains to an MV-22B Osprey to secure it to the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD-1), in order for Marines with Maritime Raid Force, 22nd MEU to conduct a fast rope training exercise during a deployment aboard the ship July 5, 2016. 22nd MEU, deployed with the Wasp Amphibious Ready Group, is conducting naval operations in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe.
