Brig. Gen. Andrew W. O'Donnell Jr., the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward) commanding general, awards Cpl. Jerrod Tisko, an aviation mechanic for Detachment A, Marine Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Squadron 3, with a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal here, April 14. He also awarded a NAM to Cpl. Vito Palazzolo, a generator mechanic with the detachment. Tisko a Fort Meade, Fla., native and Palazzolo, an Emmett, Mich., native, distinguished themselves while working with the squadrons hazardous materials, in addition to their normal duties. The squadron is close to the end of their deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
