XCTC focuses on fully instrumental and realistic collective training to certify platoon & company level training proficiency in coordination with First Army. Commanders and leaders assess their Soldiers strengths and weaknesses during a video review session after training which aids in their proficiency as an individual, team, platoon, unit and brigade.
