Jeffrey Reynolds, executive officer, Navy Recruiting District San Antonio, speaks with middle school girls after the completion of a SeaPerch Competition held at the Ann Barshop Natatorium on the campus of the University of the Incarnate Word as a part of the miniGEMS (Girls in Engineering, Math and Sciences) program.
