Luciano, a Dallas, Texas, native serving as a radiology technician for B Company, 228th Combat Support Hospital (CSH), positions a patient for a chest X-ray during a routine health examination at the Brigadier General Crawford F. Sams U.S. Army Health Clinic in Camp Zama, Japan, June 8, 2016. Luciano and seven fellow Army Reserve Soldiers from the 228th CSH arrived in Japan June 4 to commence a three-week mission to enhance Camp Zama’s health, readinesss and resiliency. These rotations offer Army Reserve Soldiers in the medical field unique opportunities to enhance their capabilities in a unique environment while sharing their knowledge and experience garnered from their respective civilian occupations with their active duty counterparts stationed in Japan.
