Two young girls play on the monkey bars during a two-day, semi-annual scouting camp-out where the children are taught a wide variety of activities to include fishing, chess, bowling, arts and crafts, and soccer on the Victory Base Complex, Baghdad, Iraq, April 2. The Victory Base Council is a group of volunteers stationed on the VBC that support scouting in the areas around Camp Victory.
