Petty Officer Officer 2nd Class Doug Hoskisson, a member of the U.S. Naval Forces Europe Band's 'Five Star Brass Quintet', performs at the Senegalese Navy Officers Club. The band is embarked aboard USS Gunston Hall as part of Africa Partnership Station West. Gunston Hall is on a scheduled deployment in West and Central Africa in support of APS West, an international initiative developed by Naval Forces Europe and Naval Forces Africa that aims to improve maritime safety and security in West and Central Africa.
