Capt. Curtis Schmidt, from Milan, Ind., with 28th Combat Support Hospital, prepares his own recipe of chili as he participates in the Last Battle over Baghdad Chili Cook-off. The cook-off took place at the Sather Air Base pavilion, Baghdad, April 4. It was a Chili Appreciation Society International sanctioned event with all proceeds benefiting the Boy and Girl Scouts of Iraq.
