Petty Officer 3rd Class Jeremy Lack, a member of U.S. Naval Forces Europe Band's 'Five Star Brass Quintet,' performs for more than 300 children at the Colin Powell Cultural Center. The band is embarked aboard USS Gunston Hall as part of Africa Partnership Station West. Gunston Hall is on a scheduled deployment in West Africa in support of APS West, an international initiative developed by Naval Forces Europe and Naval Forces Africa that aims to improve maritime safety and security in West and Central Africa.
