U.S. Marines and sailors participate in a loading exercise (LOADEX) on Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, Norfolk, Va., June 14, 2016. The 24th MEU is the II Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) designated unit for Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA).
