Ten-year-old Karson Jacobson's medical treatment is apparent on top of his head as he is released from Innovis Health at a news conference April 9, Fargo, N.D. His father, Staff Sgt. Jeff Jacobson looks on as his son answers questions from the media. Jacobson discovered his son without a pulse after an innocent accident in his home and performed CPR, reviving his son April 1, using training he learned in the Air National Guard. The boy was rushed to the hospital by paramedics where he lapsed into a coma before making a remarkable recovery, resulting in his release April 9.
