Sgt. Robert Cahill, a crew chief for Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 367, "Scarface," and Sgt. Ronnie Opdyke, an aerial observer for the squadron, prepare a GAU-17/A Minigun for combat sustainment training, April 8. In addition to keeping constant communication with the pilots, Cahill, a Suffolk, Va., native, and Opdyke, a Canton, Mich., native, have the responsibility of manning the gun. The squadron is nearing the end of a year-long deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
