Lt. Col. Romeo Delfin, center, commander, 1st Battalion, 294th Infantry Regiment, Guam Army National Guard, acknowledges his troops June 14 during a break in their eXportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) mission to honor the United States Army’s 241st birthday. “We all need to remember and respect where we come from and why we wear the uniform,” Delfin explained. Joining Delfin is Capt. Kristin Y. Ramos, Hotel Company commander; and Maj. Gerard Baleto, operations officer.
