The Kentucky National Guard’s CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP), Grays Harbor County Search and Rescue, Grays Harbor first responders and law enforcement receive an inbreif at the Satsop Business Park in Elma, Washington, June 11, 2016. The multi-service agencies participated in a Vigilant Guard exercise, just one location for the series of exercises that test the Guard’s Homeland Response throughout in the Pacific Northwest. The CERFP and local agencies worked together to simulate search, rescue, extraction and decontamination of mass casualties.
