NORFOLK (June 14, 2016) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Mike Stevens speaks with Sailors during an All Hands Call at Naval Station Norfolk where he spoke about the future of the Navy's rating system. Stevens talked about how the Navy is looking to provide options for Sailors to have multiple occupational specialties, better billeting options, predictable promotions, and credentialing that align with industry.
