Master Sgt. Aldealn Shpep Abdallah, an Iraqi soldier from 2nd Battallion, 15th Brigade, 3rd Company, 12th Iraqi Army Division, is one of three Iraqi soldiers staying with U.S. Soldiers from 6th Squadron, 1st Cavalry, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, as part of the Iraqi Adopt A Non-comissioned Officer program at Forward Operating Base Warrior in Kirkuk, Iraq, March 22. The Adopt An NCO Program is a three-day event in which Iraqi NCOs embed with U.S. Soldiers from 6-1 CAV to learn first hand how U.S. NCOs interact with their units.
