Dr. Abdul-Razzq, governor of Baghdad (left) and 1st Armored Division Commander Maj. Gen. Terry Wolff, U.S. Division-Center say farewell April 1 while Abdul-Razzq awaits pick-up at a helicopter landing zone at Camp Liberty. The governor and his staff, along with USD-C personnel, had toured the Baghdad University College of Agriculture to see the progress made there and how it could help lead the way for the betterment of Baghdad.
