An Iraqi student and Lt. Col. Joel Hamilton, the battalion commander of 1st Battalion, 41st Field Artillery, 1st Advise and Assist Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division, share a laugh once they are finally settled into the transport vehicle. They acted as simulated patients March 31 during an exercise for the combat lifesaver course. Hamilton's medics were in charge of successfully teaching approximately 15 Iraqi students the course.
