Volunteers role-playing as a members of the Black Mambas, a fictional criminal organization created for Tradewinds 2016, pulls security at a fuel farm during a field training exercise during Tradewinds 2016, June 11, near Grand Mal, Grenada. The field training exercise, or FTX, focused on training to counter transnational organized crime. Tradewinds 2016 is a joint combined exercise conducted in conjunction with partner nations to enhance the collective abilities of defense forces and constabularies to counter transnational organized crime and to conduct humanitarian/disaster relief operations.
