Ronald Schmitz from the Kentucky Air National Guard’s 123rd Civil Engineer Squadron in Louisville, Kentucky, discusses electrical issues with the staff of La Via Moldova, a local after-school program for at-risk students in Chisinau, Moldova, during his free time June 7, 2016. Schmitz' squadron is in the country to renovate the kitchen at Special School #12, the only school in Moldova specifically for deaf and special-needs students.
