Watson, commanding officer of Marine Barracks Washington (MBW), speaks during a recpetion of an Evening Parade at Crowder Hall, MBW, Washington, D.C., April 29, 2016. The guest of honor was Gen. Robert B. Neller, the 37th commandant of the Marine Corps, and Watson was the Hosting Official. The evening parade summer tradition began in 1934 and features the Silent Drill Platoon, the U.S. Marine Band, the U.S. Marine Drum and Bugle Corps and two marching companies.
