U.S. Marines with Marine Barracks Washington (MBW) speaks before an evening parade at MBW, Washington, D.C., April. 29, 2016. The guest of honor was Gen. Robert B. Neller, the 37th commandant of the Marine Corps, and the hosting official was Col. Benjamin T. Watson, commanding officer, Marines Barracks Washington. The evening parade summer tradition began in 1934 and features the Silent Drill Platoon, the U.S. Marine Band, the U.S. Marine Drum and Bugle Corps and two marching companies.
