(June 08, 2016) - Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Mico Rodriguez, a staff corpsman attached to Coastal Riverine Group One (CRG) 1, demonstrates to midshipmen assigned to Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) how a tourniquet should feel when properly applied to an extremity during a tour of Navy Outlying Landing Field Imperial Beach.
