The 155th Armored Brigade Combat Team Brigade Staff meet their Observer/Controllers (O/C) who will mentor them over the next 3 weeks. Observer/Controllers from First Army support the Army's Total Force Policy (ATFP) by providing administrative control, evaluate task performance, and provide constructive criticism during the training exercise.
