U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. David Stafford (center), 145th Maintenance Group (MXG), is retired after serving 39 years in the military during a ceremony held at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, June 4, 2016. Stafford is the quality assurance manager, and he was the first 145th MXG superintendent.
