Lt. Col. Douglas A. Sims Commander of 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment, 1st Squadron along with his staff, move out to conduct a meeting with key leaders during the Usman Khel Council meeting to help the local population overcome problems they are facing. The meeting is part of a training scenario to prepare the unit for deployment to Afghanistan later this year being conducted at Joint Military Readiness Center, Hohenfels, Germany March 12.
