Builder 3rd Class Vivian Wilson, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, installs grates on the U-Ditch sectionals as part of the Briggs Bay sea wall project in Yokosuka, Japan. The project consists of demolishing and replacing 335 meters of CMU block, a U-ditch and six catch basins along the Briggs Bay Sea Wall.
